Alloy material tube

The double alloy material tube is a layer of 2~ 3mm alloy powder cast in the material tube hole by high temperature centrifugal, to enhance the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of the inner hole. For the halogen-free high corrosion and high wear-resisting raw materials, the sintered double alloy material tube has been developed with high density and thickness of 0.8~1.2mm to further extend the service life. Different alloy formulas can be selected according to the product requirements.

DESCRIPTION

Halogen-free sinter tube (corresponding halogen-free special screw)

Features: Super resistance to corrosion and wear, hardness HRC58 ~62°

 

 

Grade A Ni+WC alloy material tube (corresponding powder Stainless Steel Grade A screw)

Features: High corrosion resistance. Wear resistance, hardness HRC60 ~64°

 

 

Grade B Fe+ Ni alloy material tube (corresponding to fully hardened Grade B screw)

Features: High wear resistance, moderate corrosion resistance, hardness HRC56° ~-60°
